Internet media spend
Online media really has arrived.
By the end of H1 for 2007, online accounted for 14.7% of all media spend - overtaking direct mail!
Or putting it another way, out of the £9.1bn total advertising spend in the first half of the year, online took £1.33bn. By the end of 2007, it is believed that online will take £2.75bn.
Despite this, it's still growing - at the end of H1 2007, the online sector was up 41% year on year.
